General Home Inspection starting at $450 for homes under 2,500 sq ft, within standard service area, and less than 60 years old. **Note: There are additional fees for for higher square footage, older homes and travel outside of our standard service area for reps. Please be sure you checked 'add-ons' of the appropriate size and area on the booking form when completing your booking. Quick Overview/What's Included: -We follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice -Average time to complete inspection is 3-4 hours -Written Inspection Report available in 24 hours -Inspection Report includes Grounds, Exterior, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Meter, Fuel Storage, Garage(attached and detached), Foundation, Basement/Crawlspace, Attic, Heating and Cooling, Fireplace, Interior, Bathroom(s) and Kitchen. -Built-in appliances are operated using normal controls to confirm basic response only and are not tested for full-cycle performance or long-term reliability. -The main water shut-off valve may be gently operated to verify functionality when it appears serviceable; valves showing corrosion, deterioration, or risk of failure are documented but not operated. What is Excluded: Hot Tubs, Sheds/Exterior Buildings, Bear Wire, Roof Heat Cables, Security Systems, Septic Systems, Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Well Systems, Snow or Ice covered components, Environmental Testing, Mold Testing, Snow Melt Systems, Future Performance or Lifespan Predictions and any areas not visible or readily accessible at the time of inspection.
