• Certified Professional Inspector® and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors

• I abide by InterNachi strict code of ethics.

• I follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

• I fulfill 24+ credits of continuing education and inspection related training every year.

• I passed the Nevada Inspector of Structures 101 course (60 hours of education)

• I passed the Nevada Inspector of Structures 102 course (72 hours of training)

• I passed the National Home Inspectors Exam
