Owner & Head Inspector

Rob Wheeler

Rob Wheeler is the owner and lead inspector at ASAP Home Inspections. As a Certified Professional Inspector® licensed in both California and Nevada, Rob is known for his observant approach, detailed, yet easy to understand inspections, and honest communication.

Since launching ASAP Home Inspections in 2021, Rob has focused on delivering thorough inspections with fast report turnarounds and a professional, easy-to-work-with experience. He specializes in mountain homes and understands the unique conditions that affect properties in the Truckee and Tahoe region.

Rob continually stays current with industry standards through ongoing education and advanced training. He has completed Nevada Inspector of Structures training, passed the National Home Inspectors Exam, and follows InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Director of Operations & Strategy

Kim Napolitano

Kim oversees the day-to-day operations that keep ASAP Home Inspections running smoothly. From scheduling and client communication to marketing and business development, she helps ensure every customer has a seamless experience from booking through report delivery.

As Director of Operations & Strategy, Kim focuses on improving the customer journey, streamlining processes, and supporting the continued growth of the business. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and behind-the-scenes coordination help create the reliable service experience ASAP is known for.

She has leaned on her tech and customer success background to create a smooth booking experience. Kim has also spearheaded the creation of ASAP's supporting resources that help our partner realtors and clients get the most out of their inspections and smooth out sales processes.
