What's generally Included:
-We follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice
-Written Inspection Report available 24 hours after inspection
-Inspection Report includes Grounds, Exterior, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Meter, Fuel Storage, Garage(attached and detached), Foundation, Basement/Crawlspace, Attic, Heating and Cooling, Fireplace, Interior, Bathroom(s), Kitchen and Built-in appliances.

What's generally Excluded:
Hot Tubs, Sheds/Exterior Buildings, Bear Wire, Roof Heat Cables, Security Systems, Septic Systems, Solar Photovoltaic Systems & Well Systems
*Note that Condo and Townhome Inspections generally exclude Grounds, Exterior and Roof components as they are HOA responsibility.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:

Cancellations & rescheduling an inspection 24 hours before the inspection will be accepted. Any inspection cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a $150 fee.
