Hot tub inspection includes: -Electrical wiring and grounding -Heater and pump functionality -Water filtration and circulation system -Safety covers, steps, and handrails for compliance with safety standards -We follow the InterNACHI Pool/Spa Checklist for California+Nevada -Inspection time is 1 hour 30 minutes -Inspection Report available in 24 hours A faulty or improperly installed hot tub can pose significant safety risks, including electrical hazards or water damage. A full inspection can prevent these issues and give your buyers the confidence to enjoy their new investment without worry.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & rescheduling an inspection 24 hours before the inspection will be accepted. Any inspection cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a $150 fee. This fee covers administrative costs and reserved time that cannot be rescheduled on short notice. The cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to client, agent, or contractor delays, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the inspector.
