General Condo Inspections starting at $350 for condos under 2,500 sq ft, within standard service area, and less than 60 years old. **Note: There are additional fees for for higher square footage, older homes and travel outside of our standard service area for reps. Please be sure you checked 'add-ons' of the appropriate size and area on the booking form when completing your booking. Quick Overview/What's Included: -We follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice -Average time to complete inspection is 2 hours -Written Inspection Report available in 24 hours -Inspection Report includes Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Meter, Fuel Storage, Garage(attached and detached), Foundation, Basement/Crawlspace, Attic, Heating and Cooling, Fireplace, Interior, Bathroom(s), Kitchen and Built-in appliances. What is Excluded: Grounds(HOA), Exterior(HOA), Roof(HOA), Hot Tubs, Roof Heat Cables, Bear Wire, Sheds/Exterior Buildings, Septic Systems, Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Well Systems, Snow or Ice covered components, Environmental Testing, Mold Testing, Snow Melt Systems, Future Performance or Lifespan Predictions and any areas not visible or readily accessible at the time of inspection. *Grounds, Exterior and Roof are usually HOA responsibility for Condos and therefore excluded.
