We provide commercial property inspections and small multi-unit (up to 4 units) building inspections in the Tahoe Region including Reno, NV. In addition to residential inspections, we evaluate duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, office buildings, retail spaces, mixed-use properties, light industrial buildings, warehouses, restaurants, medical offices, professional suites, and small hospitality properties. Pricing may adjust based on building age, number of HVAC units, roof type, occupancy status, commercial kitchen equipment, additional structures or service area. Please be sure you checked 'add-ons' of the appropriate size and area on the booking form when completing your booking. Quick Overview/What's Included: -We follow InterNACHI Standards of Practice -Average time to complete inspection is 3-4 hours -Written Inspection Report available in 24 hours -Inspection Report includes Grounds, Exterior, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Meter, Fuel Storage, Garage(attached and detached), Foundation, Basement/Crawlspace, Attic, Heating and Cooling, Fireplace, Interior, Bathroom(s), Kitchen and Built-in appliances. What is Excluded: Hot Tubs, Sheds/Exterior Buildings, Bear Wire, Roof Heat Cables, Security Systems, Septic Systems, Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Well Systems, Snow or Ice covered components, Environmental Testing, Mold Testing, Snow Melt Systems, Future Performance or Lifespan Predictions and any areas not visible or readily accessible at the time of inspection.
