Service Description
For out-of-town buyers who can't physically view their potential new home, ASAP Home Inspection offers additional photo services. A home inspection only includes photos of the defects for evidence. Our professional team will take detailed, high-quality photos of the property, ensuring that you have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the home's condition, layout, and potential. Let us help you make an informed decision, no matter where you're located. -3 to 5 photos per room/bedroom, each side of the exterior, grounds and roof -Photos of appliances and manufacturer sticker/label if visible -Separate from your home inspection report, you will receive access to a shared Google Drive folder with your additional photos. -Contact Inspector with any specific areas you would like photographed -Folder access available for 30 days. Client responsibility to download and save photos/folder
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & rescheduling an inspection 24 hours before the inspection will be accepted. Any inspection cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a $150 fee. This fee covers administrative costs and reserved time that cannot be rescheduled on short notice. The cancellation fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to client, agent, or contractor delays, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the inspector.
