My Qualifications:

I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified home inspectors.

I have passed the InterNACHI online examination.

I abide by InterNachi strict code of ethics.

I follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

I fulfill 24+ hours of continuing education and inspection related training every year.

 

In addition:

I use state of the art technology to perform my home inspections including an infrared camera.  I use the best inspection software on the market for easy to read inspection reports which are emailed to you within 24 hours after the inspection is completed.
